Bonnie is a forming...
Got to the beach by 11am and left by 2pm. Kids played in the waves, played with seaweed, dug holes and looked for shells. Scott got in a swim and did a bit of boogie boarding. The sun came out for a few minutes and then we watched the dark clouds move our way.
We had a nice dinner of grilled shrimp, asparagus and pork loin. We are on the hunt for Texas crab, but this weather is keeping the fisherman from going out.
Wind has really picked up and it rained a bit too. Right now radar shows tropical depression Bonnie forming and organizing. I think our beach time is over. Gust of 30 mph at 80 degrees is something I have never experienced. We are all enjoying it... By tomorrow morning the storm should be officially named and have a clearer path.

That sounds like Barstow, hot and windy.
